NOTES

• Rates are quoted on per room per night basis in Singapore dollars (SGD).(approx. exchange rate: €1.00=SGD 2.05 ; $ 1.00=SGD 1.40)
• American Buffet breakfast in Greenhouse restaurant: SGD 42 plus 10% service charge and 7% GST per guest.
• In-room Internet Access: SGD 30 plus 10% service charge and 7% GST per day
• The above rates are subject to a 10% service charge and Goods and Services tax (GST) at 7% per room per night.
• Check-in time is after 1400 hours and check-out is prior to 1200 hours.
• 24 hour in-room Internet Access rate: SGD 30 plus 10% service charge and 7% GST per day.
• All reservations are subject to confirmation by SPORTEL. Kindly book your accommodation by February 5,2010 (Friday). Any requests received after that date will be subject to availability.
• Your credit card will be kept as a guarantee and charged in case of late cancellation, no-show or shortening of stay. Upon check out, the hotel will charge you for the entire stay.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Cancellations before February 5, 2010: there will be NO cancellation fees.
• Cancellations between February 5 and February 14, 2010: a two-night penalty charge will be debited from the credit card mentioned on your booking form.
• Cancellations on or after February 15, 2010 or No Shows on the day of arrival: the entire stay booked (plus prevailing taxes) will be charged to the credit card mentioned on your booking form.
• Shortening of stay made on or after February 15, 2010: the original number of room nights confirmed will be charged to the credit card mentioned on your booking form.
